We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
• The item must have been received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition — OR
• The item must be unopened, sealed, and in original condition (for general returns)
• The return must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date
• Proof of purchase — your order number — must be provided
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For the hygiene, safety, and fairness of all our customers, the following cannot be returned:
• Products that have been opened, used, or tested
• Products with broken seals or removed original packaging
• Returns initiated after 7 days from the delivery date
• Items purchased during final sale, clearance, or deeply discounted promotional events
Exchanges
Received the wrong variant, scent, or product? We are happy to exchange. To qualify:
• The item must be unopened and in original condition
• The exchange must be requested within 7 days of delivery
• Contact us first before sending anything back we will guide the process
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or defective in any way this is entirely our responsibility and we will resolve it immediately.

• Bank transfer refunds: processed within 5-7 business days
