All prices displayed on zelva.pk are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, the price shown at the time your order is confirmed will always be honored.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer, and debit/credit cards. Full payment is required before dispatch for all non-COD orders.
4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Placing an order on zelva.pk constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. An order is only confirmed when you receive an explicit confirmation from Zelva via WhatsApp, email, or SMS.
Zelva reserves the right to cancel any order in the following circumstances:
• Pricing or product information errors discovered after order placement
• Product out of stock and unavailable for dispatch
• Suspected fraudulent or abusive order activity
• Delivery address is in an area we cannot service
In all such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly for any payment already made.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on zelva.pk including but not limited to text, product descriptions, images, logos, brand name, taglines, graphic design, and packaging is the intellectual property of Zelwa and is protected under applicable Pakistani and international copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any Zelwa content without prior written consent from Zelva.
6. Product Results and Liability
Zelva products are made with high-quality organic ingredients and are manufactured to consistent quality standards. However, individual results may vary based on factors including personal skin or hair type, existing conditions, frequency of use, and adherence to usage instructions.
Zelva strongly recommends performing a patch test before using any new product, particularly for those with known sensitivities or allergies.
Zelva's total liability for any claim arising from the use of our products or website shall not exceed the total value of the specific order in question.
